HP-381A/B phosphorus-free scale and corrosion inhibitor
HP-381A/B, a phosphate-free Scale and Corrosion Inhibitor, is suitable for circulating water systems with moderate to high-hardness water and functions as a corrosion inhibitor, scale inhibitor, and dispersant. This product series is widely applied in industries including petrochemicals, chemicals, power generation, and steel manufacturing. It is effective in systems handling various media, including mixed systems incorporating carbon steel, copper, and stainless steel.
As a phosphate-free product, this series meets the most stringent environmental standards for phosphorus discharge. The HP-381A/B series is primarily composed of polycarboxylic acids, superior copolymers, zinc salts, and non-ferrous metal corrosion inhibitors. It features excellent thermal stability and acid/alkali resistance, enabling it to effectively stabilize zinc ions even under elevated pH conditions.
This product has excellent corrosion inhibition performance for carbon steel, stainless steel and copper materials. While preventing the precipitation of calcium carbonate scale and calcium sulfate scale, it also has good dispersion performance for iron oxides.

Usage: This product is a two-component agent. A is a corrosion inhibitor and B is a scale and dispersion inhibitor. It is recommended to add each at a concentration of 25-30mg/L and perform continuous dosing by using metering pumps. According to the characteristics of system water quality and the feature of device, adjust the dosing concentration to adapt to the changes in the concentration ratio.
Package: 25kg/plastic drum, 1000kg/IBC
Storage: Avoid direct sunlight and store at room temperature indoors (Freezing may occur at temperatures below 0℃. Performance remains unaffected after thawing.). The product has a shelf life of 12 months.
