- Overseas Technical Service Assistant - Indonesia
Job Responsibilities:
1. Regional Technical Service Implementation: Independently execute technical service tasks, including daily dosing guidance, water quality analysis, and on-site complex issue resolution, ensuring service quality, efficiency, and cost control meet standards.
2. Sales Team Support: Independently complete project research, evaluation, tender preparation, cost calculation, and related tasks to assist the sales team.
3. Client Communication: Serve as the primary English-speaking liaison for international clients, including high-level technical discussions. Provide timely and practical service reports and troubleshooting solutions to ensure clear and accurate information exchange.
4. Resource Coordination & Project Advancement: Collaborate with internal technical, product, and supply chain departments to allocate resources effectively, ensuring smooth execution and operation of key client projects, thereby enhancing client satisfaction.
5. Team Building & Capability Development: Establish and lead regional technical service teams, defining task divisions and performance metrics. Conduct training programs to improve team members’ technical skills, service awareness, and cross-cultural communication abilities, fostering a high-performing team.Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemistry, Environmental Engineering, or related fields.
2. Minimum 5 years’ experience in water treatment technical services or technical sales roles, with expertise in industry trends and strong operational experience in circulating water projects. Candidates with combined wastewater and reverse osmosis experience are preferred. Proficiency in water treatment chemicals and international client service or overseas work experience is advantageous.
3. Fluent in English for both verbal and written communication, including report drafting.
4. High achievement motivation, strong learning ability, resilience to pressure, and willingness for frequent long-term travel.
5. Mature, pragmatic, with strong independent thinking, team management skills, and a client-centric mindset, capable of handling responsibilities autonomously.
- Overseas Technical Service Manager - Indonesia
Job Responsibilities:
1. Lead Regional Technical Service Implementation: Establish technical service processes and standards for key clients in Indonesia. Lead teams in daily dosing guidance, water quality analysis, equipment inspection, parameter adjustments, system cleaning, and ensure service quality and efficiency.
2. Handle Complex On-Site Issues: Closely monitor chemical usage and water quality data to identify potential risks in advance. Lead resolution efforts for complex water quality issues and equipment malfunctions, implementing actionable solutions to minimize operational risks.
3. Client Communication: Serve as the primary English-speaking liaison for international clients, including high-level technical discussions. Provide timely, practical service reports and troubleshooting solutions to ensure clear and accurate information exchange.
4. Client Relationship Management & Satisfaction Enhancement: Develop maintenance strategies for key clients, conduct proactive visits, needs assessments, and value-added services. Ensure timely and accurate data/reporting, respond swiftly to client demands, and secure long-term cooperation and renewal rates.
5. Market Intelligence: Gather and analyze client needs, competitor activities, and industry trends. Provide actionable insights to support product optimization, service upgrades, and market strategy adjustments.
6. Team Management & Capability Building: Oversee daily operations of regional technical service teams, define task divisions, and performance metrics. Conduct training programs to enhance technical skills, service awareness, and cross-cultural communication, fostering a high-performing team.

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemistry, Environmental Engineering, or related fields (priority given to graduates from 985/211 universities).
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in water treatment technical services or technical sales roles, with expertise in industry trends and hands-on experience in circulating water and reverse osmosis systems. Prior international client service or overseas work experience is preferred.
3. Fluent in English for both verbal and written communication, including report drafting.
4. High achievement motivation, strong learning ability, resilience to pressure, and willingness for frequent long-term travel.
5. Mature, pragmatic, with strong logical thinking, communication skills, and a client-centric mindset.
