HP-312A/B low-phosphorus scale and corrosion inhibitor
The HP-312A/B low-phosphorus series scale and corrosion inhibitor solution is mainly used in open circulating cooling water systems and can be applied to circulating cooling water systems in industries such as petrochemical, chemical, power, and steel,etc.
Specifically engineered for systems with high hardness, high alkalinity and ultra-high cycles of concentration (COC), the formulation utilizes macromolecular organic phosphonates and phosphonocarboxylates as primary scale inhibitors, capable of chelating elevated concentrations of divalent metal ions. Incorporated multifunctional dispersants exert unique bridging coordination to disperse organic/inorganic particulates, effectively preventing scale deposition.

Usage: As a liquid material, this product should be continuously added by a metering pump. According to the characteristics of the system water quality and the features of the equipment, it is recommended that the dosage concentration be 30-60mg/L. The total phosphorus is controlled at 2-5mg/L by adjusting the product concentration to adapt to the changes in the concentration ratio.
Package: 25kg/plastic drum, 1000kg/IBC
Storage: Avoid direct sunlight and store at room temperature indoors (Freezing may occur at temperatures below 0℃. Performance remains unaffected after thawing.). The product has a shelf life of 12 months.
