HP-383 Phosphorus-free scale and corrosion inhibitor (for power plants)
HP-383A/B, a phosphorus-free scale and corrosion inhibitor, is suitable for circulating water systems with medium to high hardness water and functions as a corrosion inhibitor, scale inhibitor, and dispersant. It is widely used in power plants and is applicable to various media, including carbon steel, stainless steel and copper (copper alloy). This series of products are phosphorus-free and can meet the first-level standard for phosphorus emissions.
Product Property
As a phosphorus-free and nitrogen-free compound scale and dispersion inhibitor specifically designed for power plants, HP-383A/B is composed of polyepoxysuccinic acid, multifunctional polymers, copper corrosion inhibitors, etc. Polyepoxysuccinic acid can chelate divalent metal ions in water, preventing their scaling and deposition. Polymers, through their unique bridging effect, can capture and disperse calcium carbonate crystals as well as various organic and inorganic compounds, thereby achieving an excellent scale inhibition and dispersion effect. The copper corrosion inhibitor it contains can quickly form an adsorption film on the metal surface, preventing the electrochemical corrosion of copper and copper alloys.

Usage: This product is a single-component agent. The recommended dosage concentration is 30-40mg/L for HP-383A and 20-30mg/L for HP-383B. Perform continuous dosing by using metering pumps. According to the characteristics of system water quality and the feature of device, adjust the dosing concentration to adapt to the changes in the concentration ratio.
Package: 25kg/plastic drum, 1000kg/IBC
Storage: Avoid direct sunlight and store at room temperature indoors (Freezing may occur at temperatures below 0℃. Performance remains unaffected after thawing.). The product has a shelf life of 12 months.
