HP-416 phosphorus series scale and corrosion inhibitor (for power plants)
HP-416 phosphorus series agent is suitable for circulating water systems with medium to high hardness water and functions as a corrosion inhibitor, scale inhibitor, and dispersant. It is widely used in power plants and applicable to various media such as carbon steel, stainless steel and copper (copper alloys). As low-phosphorus products, they comply with the secondary standard for phosphorus emissions.
Product Property
It uses organophosphorus and phosphonocarboxylic acid as the main scale inhibitors, which can chelate high-concentration divalent metal ions. The multi-functional dispersant contained in the formula can disperse various organic and inorganic particles in water through its unique bridging effect, preventing their scaling and deposition.

Usage: This product is a single-component agent. The recommended dosage concentration is 20-30mg/L. Perform continuous dosing by using metering pumps. According to the characteristics of system water quality and the feature of device, adjust the dosing concentration to adapt to the changes in the concentration ratio.
Package: 25kg/plastic drum, 1000kg/IBC
Storage: Avoid direct sunlight and store at room temperature indoors (Freezing may occur at temperatures below 0℃. Performance remains unaffected after thawing.). The product has a shelf life of 12 months.
