HP-463 scale and corrosion inhibitor (High-hardness water)
HP-463 phosphorus series scale and corrosion inhibitor solution is mainly used in open circulating cooling water systems and can be applied to circulating cooling water systems in industries such as petrochemical, chemical, power, and steel. It is suitable for operation under harsh conditions of high alkalinity, high hardness, high turbidity, high pH, and high concentration ratio.
Product Property
With large-molecule organophosphorus and phosphonocarboxylic acid as the main scale inhibitors, HP-463 can chelate high-concentration divalent metal ions. It is suitable for systems with high hardness, high alkalinity and high concentration ratio. The multi-functional dispersant contained in the formula can disperse various organic and inorganic particles in water through its unique bridging effect, preventing their scaling and deposition. If the system contains copper, it is suggested HP-463 should be used in combination with copper corrosion inhibitor HP-401A.

Usage: As a liquid product, HP-463 should be continuously added by a metering pump. In compliance with the characteristics of the water quality and the features of equipment, it is recommended that the dosage concentration of HP-463 be 50-70mg/L. In order to adapt to the changes in the concentration ratio, the total phosphorus should be controlled at 4-7mg/L by adjusting the concentration of dosing.

Storage: Avoid direct sunlight and store at room temperature indoors (Freezing may occur at temperatures below 0℃. Performance remains unaffected after thawing.). The product has a shelf life of 12 months.
