With phosphocarboxylic acid as the main scale inhibitor, HP-474A/B chelates divalent metal scale-forming ions, and prevents scaling through complexation and solubilization. The zinc ions contained, as cathodic preservatives, play a preservative role on the surface of the cathode. Another component is the polymer dispersant, which not only can disperse various organic and inorganic scale under harsh conditions, but also helps to maintain the activity of organophosphorus and zinc, preventing the deposition. The formula also contains copper corrosion inhibitors, which can form an adsorption film on the surface of copper to prevent copper and copper alloys from being corroded. It is applicable to circulating water with calcium hardness and total alkalinity less than 100mg/L.

Technical parameters

Usage: As a liquid product, HP-474A/B should be continuously added by a metering pump. In compliance with the characteristics of the water quality and the features of equipment, it is recommended that the dosage concentration of HP-474A be 20 mg/L and HP-474B be 30 mg/L. In order to adapt to the changes in the concentration ratio, the total phosphorus should be controlled at 3-6mg/L by adjusting the concentration of dosing.

Storage: Avoid direct sunlight and store at room temperature indoors (Freezing may occur at temperatures below 0℃. Performance remains unaffected after thawing.). The product has a shelf life of 12 months.
