HP-811 chelating agent
HF-811 Fly Ash Solidification Heavy Metal Stabilization Agent incorporates advanced Japanese technology, serving as an effective and environmentally sound novel agent for heavy metal stabilization. It operates effectively across broad pH ranges and demonstrates consistent performance unaffected by variations in heavy metal ion concentration or the presence of complexing agents.
Mechanism of Action
HF-811, a fly ash stabilizing agent, is a long-chain organic compound with sulfur atoms as the coordination sites. The stabilizer binds heavy metals via coordination bonds, where the participating sulfur atoms may originate from either the same or different chelating molecules, thereby forming a network structure. This configuration endows the agent with a capturing capacity for heavy metals superior to that of inorganic agents.
The fly ash stabilizing agent HF-811 maintains excellent chemical stability after chelating heavy metals in fly ash, demonstrating resistance to decomposition across pH ranges of 6–13 and temperatures up to 150°C (experimentally verified).

Shelf life: One year under specified storage conditions.
Additional Considerations
The agent is typically diluted with water prior to use, but dilution using heavy metal-containing water is strictly prohibited.
On-site dosing should be adjusted based on fly ash heavy metal content and lab-scale pilot test.
Given significant variations in waste incineration methods across regions, resulting in differing heavy metal species and compositions, we provide holistic solutions for fly ash treatment, including agent application guidance and technical support tailored to specific fly ash characteristics.
