HP-910 Flocculant PAC(solid)
HP-910 is an inorganic polymer coagulant. It’s a high molecular weight, high-charge water treatment agent synthesized through the bridging effect of hydroxyl ions and polymerization of polyvalent anions.
Product Features
- Rapid floc formation and accelerated sedimentation, demonstrating higher processing capacity compared to traditional products like aluminum sulfate.
- Lower alkalinity consumptioncompared with inorganic coagulants, thus eliminating or reducing alkali dosing.
- Effective coagulation across broad pH adaptability (5.0–9.0) for diverse source water.
- Reduced corrosivity ensures safer operational conditions.
- Enhanced solubility over aluminum sulfate.
- Minimal salt increase in treated water, facilitating ion exchange processing and high-purity water production.
- Superior temperature tolerance for source water versus aluminum sulfate and similar coagulants
Usage Instructions
Dissolution & Dilution: Solid product is dissolved in water at 1:3 ratio, followed by dilution with 10–30 times volume of clean water to achieve the desired concentration.
Dosage Calculation: Optimal dosage varies with source water turbidity. Regarding turbidity levels of 100–500 mg/L for source water, dosage range should be 10–20 kg per 1,000 tons.
Storage Conditions: Store in dry, moisture-proof, and heat-avoiding environments. Avoid contamination by toxic substances and damage to packaging during transport.
Package: Non-toxic polyethylene plastic bag with an outer woven bag, net weight 25 kg per bag.
Storage: Store away from direct sunlight exposure and high-temperature areas.
Shelf life: 12 months from the date of manufacture.
Safety Precautions: Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) containing relevant safety information will be provided upon request.
