HP-920 Polyferric Sulfate (Solid)

HP-920 is a novel, high-efficiency inorganic polymeric flocculant. In its solid form, it appears as a pale yellow amorphous powder with strong hygroscopic properties. This product excels in coagulation performance, maintains stable chemical characteristics, and accelerates sedimentation kinetics. Effective across a broad pH range, it is extensively applicable for purifying potable water, industrial process water, industrial wastewater, and municipal sewage.

Product Performance‌

  • A novel, premium, high-efficiency ‌ferric-based inorganic polymeric coagulant;‌‌
  • ‌Exceptional coagulation performance‌ with ‌dense floc formation‌ and ‌rapidsedimentation kinetics;‌‌
  • ‌Superior water purification efficacy‌, producing high-quality effluent; Free from ‌aluminum, chlorine, heavy metal ions‌, and ‌iron leaching‌ (aqueous-phase migration)‌
  • ‌Non-toxic, eco-safe‌, and ‌reliable for potable applications;‌‌
  • ‌Wide operating pH range (4–11)‌ with ‌minimal post-treatment pH/alkalinityfluctuation‌, ensuring ‌low corrosion risk‌ to treatment facilities;‌

Method of Application:

  • Dissolve the product in a dissolving tank at ‌10-30% concentration‌ using tap water. Stir thoroughly for complete hydrolysis until the solution turns ‌reddish-brown‌, then dilute to the required concentration for coagulation. Alternatively, apply as ‌2-5% liquid solution‌ directlyfor water treatment plants, or use ‌5-10% solution‌ for direct dosing for industrial wastewater: ‌
  • ‌Dosage Determination‌:Optimal dosage should be determined via ‌production trials‌ or ‌beaker tests‌ (observing floc formation)‌.

Benchmarking against existing coagulants: ≈30-50% lower dosage than ‌solid polyaluminum chloride‌‌, i.e., ‌1/3-1/4 dosage‌ of solid aluminum sulfate‌. For liquid products: Calculate equivalence based on concentration.‌

  • ‌Storage & Handling‌:Prepare solution ‌daily‌ using tap water; ‌slight sedimentation is normal‌ and acceptable.‌
  • ‌Equipment Requirements‌:‌Must dissolve into liquid form‌ before application; Use ‌corrosion-resistant materials‌ for dissolution and dosing equipment.

‌Package: Adopts non-toxic polyethylene inner bags with woven outer bags, each net weight 25kg.

‌Storage: Do not store in direct sunlight or high-temperature environments; shelf life is 12 months from the production date. ‌
