Method of application

  • Prior to application, conduct small-scale tests to determine the optimum dosage for different sewage types and application processes. Prepare a homogeneous solution at a certain concentration (0.1%), then dilute it before use.
  • Preparation of the polymer flocculant aqueous solution should preferably be carried out in enamel-coated, galvanized, aluminum, or plastic containers.
  • When dissolving the product, add it slowly and uniformly while stirring to avoid large lumps formation. Dissolution is suitable at room temperature; moderate heating (<60°C) accelerates dissolution. Prolonged excessive mechanical shear should be avoided to prevent reduced effectiveness.
  • Solutions are generally prepared for immediate use. Avoid using solutions stored overnight, with a maximum storage period not exceeding three days.
  • Prevent solid products from being spilled on the ground, as moisture absorption may cause slippery surfaces.
