HP-9025 polyether Defoamer
The HP-9025 has an excellent effect in eliminating and suppressing foam generated in wastewater biochemical treatment systems and landfill leachate biochemical systems.
Product Characteristics and Applications
- Free from organic silicone, mineral oil, and paraffin
- Maintains effective defoaming performance at low concentrations
- Exhibits exceptional ductility
- Effective against various foam forms
- Works efficiently across a broad pH range
HP-9025 is a highly adaptable polyether defoamer with excellent defoaming and anti-foaming performance. It can be used to control foam formation in industrial circulating cooling water, industrial wastewater, and detergent-containing systems. It is widely applied in wastewater treatment in industries such as oil refineries, chemical plants, power plants, paper mills, and metal processing plants, and its defoaming effect is very remarkable.
Method of application
HP-9025 can be added to the system directly when it’s used for defoaming treatment. The best dosing point is where strong turbulence can be generated. Or it may be injected directly into the water body. HP-9025 rapidly spreads across the water surface to eliminate foam.
It is preferable to add HP-9025 undiluted. If dilution is necessary, it is recommended to use the diluted solution immediately.
In wastewater treatment systems, the typical recommended dosage range for HP-9025 is 5–10 mg/L. The actual dosage should be determined based on on-site testing conditions.
