HP-504A non-oxidizing biocide
HP-504A is a new type of highly efficient broad-spectrum active bromine biocidal synergist, suitable for open recirculating cooling water systems, widely applied in petrochemical, metallurgical, textile, and other fields. It effectively controls the growth and reproduction of microorganisms such as bacteria, fungi, and algae.

HP-504A is an active bromine biocidal synergist. The material itself does not have bactericidal effects, but when compounded with sodium hypochlorite, it can enhance the bactericidal efficiency. Especially when reducing substances such as ammonia nitrogen sulfides leak into the circulating water, the bactericidal effect of sodium hypochlorite sharply decreases. By adding this product, it can prevent the consumption of chlorine by reducing substances, allowing the bactericide to maintain maximum activity, thereby ensuring the bactericidal effect and reducing the usage of sodium hypochlorite.

Usage: In compliance with the characteristics of the water quality and the features of equipment, the application method is as follows: the dosing ratio of sodium hypochlorite to this product is 8-10:1. After mixing, it can be directly added to the collection tank.

Storage: Avoid direct sunlight and store at room temperature indoors (Freezing may occur at temperatures below 0℃. Performance remains unaffected after thawing.). The product has a shelf life of 12 months.
