HP-7110 Corrosion inhibitor
HP-7110 corrosion inhibitor is mainly used in open circulating cooling water systems and can be applied to industries such as petrochemical, power, and steel. It helps to protect the heat exchanger from corrosion and achieve a good corrosion inhibition effect.
HP-7110 is a highly efficient corrosion inhibitor and enhancer. The zinc ions it contains can quickly form a protective film and deposit on the cathode surface due to the increase in pH value in the circulating water system, thereby playing a role in anti-corrosion. When zinc is used in combination with organic phosphoric acid, it can maintain the durability of the formed film layer, thereby achieving an excellent anti-corrosion effect.

Usage: As a liquid, the material should be continuously added by a metering pump. In compliance with the characteristics of system water quality and the features of equipment, the recommended dosage concentration is 5-10mg/L. Adapt to the changes in the concentration ratio by adjusting the product concentration.

Storage: Avoid direct sunlight and store at room temperature indoors (Freezing may occur at temperatures below 0℃. Performance remains unaffected after thawing.). The product has a shelf life of 12 months.
